The staff and Dr. Mo are amazing it's nothing but good vibes and great positive energy when you walk through the doors !

Love this clinic. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The space itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, which adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend

Dr. Brownlee really knows his stuff. The Wellness Home of Chicago offers everything—primary care, physical therapy, mental health services, and weight loss consulting—all in one place. Plus, free parking makes it easy. Highly recommend!

Wellness Home back of the Yard is a wonderful medical office. Dr. Brownlee is at the top of his game. He is kind, compassionate, Generous and a man of God. Maria is a wonderful medical assistant and takes care of all of the patients Ana draws blood. I have never felt it. She is wonderful, kind and a mean dancer. Anthony is my infusionist. He starts my IV and monitors me. He’s always kind, compassionate and easy on the eyes . Paul handles medical records and always gives me the best hugs. He is an artist. I want to buy the Joan Corford tpainting. At the front desk there Sheila, John,, Jeffery and Ms. A who work together to get me appointments Dana the nurse manager is kind and compassionate to everyone. She is stunning. There are a bunch of people whose names I don’t know who always have beautiful smiles, and friendly, do their jobs the right way the first time. There’s always food at the office, no patience go hungry and you can take food home.

I’ve had a great experience at Wellness Home of Chicago I’ve visited the holster location, but I usually go to Back of the Yards. Jo Ann Reyes, NP is amazing, patient, caring, and always makes sure I’m on track and understand everything. Since seeing her, I’ve lost almost 40 lbs and feel so much better. They offer so many helpful services like GLP-1 treatments, iron infusions, B12 shots, Lipo-C, L-carnitine, and more. It’s like a one stop shop for many healthcare needs. The nurses are kind and welcoming, and the office is beautiful and inviting. Highly recommend!

Yesterday was my first visit at this office and the entire office is so cute! Such a welcoming and friendly environment 🙂 I saw Grisel and she was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Everyone here is so great and I look forward to my next visit!!
